Im in the process of rebuilding a T-176 4 speed tranney to put behind a fresh 304 in a CJ7. Having trouble getting the thing apart. I dropped the main countershaft, and got the input shaft out. Im about to attempt the same with the rear countershaft and attempt to remove the output shaft. Has anyone ever re-built one of these before? The bearings in this one are shot. The cage that keeps the balls in the front bearing is in pieces. The gears look pretty good. It was useable untill it started some serious grinding. I got it home while in grindage, pulled it out, and started tearing it down. I have no instruction manual with my re-build kit. Step by step instructions would be nice.

.
Thanks in advance
John
