oldp - this is what a fuel rail looks like from a '93. The part on the end of the tube is the built in regulator.

B is the supply fuel line, A is the return...

You may run into more problems that just wiring. The entire front drive is different. On the older 4.0l's, up to about 2000 had a common front serpentine drive and motor mount style. The old '80's 258 would swap over almost direct, including the motor mounts. On the newer DIS 4.0's, the entire bolt pattern for all accessories and motor mounts are different. Take a close look at the block and see if the motor mounts will swap over. You may have to fab something up. You can always use the entire front of the new DIS 4.0 on your CJ, but fabbing the mounts may be a challenge.
