He77, back it in? He slid it sideways to get there. Men drive real Jeeps. The women drive those grocery getters next to it.

Huh?

Hey!! That grocery getter is mine!!!

You are right Mel, they are fast. Its actualyl one of the fastest vehicles I have ever driven, and its a SUV All-wheel-drive of all things.

Thanks for brightening up the picture, It helps a lot, I sort of took those pics late yesterday afternoon, and I thought they would be ok, but they turned out real dark.

I love the kit. I might just have to drive up to Birmingham and pick one of those up(that is where Rusty's is, isn't it?). I just through some 31" AT's on my Grand Wagoneer. They scraped the fender real good when I first put them on, but they were old tires so I didn't care if I cut them. But now they bent the lip of the fender under the body and I have no contact at full compression and turned full lock. Just had to grit my teeth for a week. You know what, my wife calls my Grand Wagoneer the grocery getter. She would rather drive it than her car, but who would choose a '94 Pontiac Grand Prix over a classic like an '88 Jeep Grand Wagoneer.

I really like the way that kit sits. Perfect for 33's. Did he ever get the issues with the rear spring hanger worked out?

That looks sweet! Definitely solves the Wag sag.

I just bought a white '86 to replace my rusty '83. Found a Rhino grill and about have it on the road.

'84 CJ, spring over, D44's
'86 Wag tow rig, Rhino Grill

YJason,
The kit still uses the upwards rear shackles, but uses two inch lift blocks in the rear in order to use a less arched spring(which wouldnt work with the current rear shackles).
The kit rides SMOOTH.... It requires discarding current Sway Bar and Trac Bars. But it really doesnt feel like it needs them.....yet.
My kit came with a drop pitman, which I havent put on yet, angle is not too bad, install when I get a pitman arm puller. I have heard of some people ordering thier kits and they didnt come with a pitman arm?!?! Dont know what the deal is with that. I got my 6-inch kit from Crawltech.com for $699. Good price compared to some other kits I have seen. Came with:
Extended brakelines
4 shocks
DP Arm
4 Leafs,
New leaf-axle mounting hardware
Lift Blocks for the rear.
Good kit, I was impressed. Installation was pretty good fun!

Looking good, I want a waggy one day to tow my jeeps, it looks great with the 33's. Will it ever hit the dirt? It looks too pretty.
