Default stall problems

I was wondering what sensors caan be replaced without any adjustments. Like I know the tps has an adjust, but do any others? The problem Im having is it starts stalling and wont rev back up. If I floor the accelorator, it will start but will only rev up and down and wont go over about 2000 rpm. Also puffs out dark smoke like its to rich. Then for no reason it will run fine and drive totally normal for a few minutes. Not getting any engine lights. Any thoughts?

Is the check engine bulb burt out? You can test it by turning the key to run. But dont crank. If the ccheck engine light comes on the bulb is ok. If it dosen't it's more than likely burnt out and should be on. You may want to get a scan tool for your truck and try pulling up some codes. Did you check/test the other sensors?
