2002 grand problems

I have an 02 grand cherokee overland with the 4.7 h.o.
I have two noises that are an annoyance and I have yet to find out what they are??

1st is a squeling noise from the front end when in motion. It doesn't sound like a bearing though. It sounds like the cv boots rubbing together. I have applied silicone to the boots but it is still there.. it comes and goes too.. any ideas??

2nd is a jingling noise when I hit a bump. It almost sounds like chains under the front end.. There was a tsb out about the tie rod ends making a noise but I have checked all four and they seem to be fine.. loaded and unloaded any ideas on that??
