Default guru needed

Ive bought a 95 gc according th the title and vin# . however the vin code also states it has a 5.2 v-8 this is not true it has a 4.0 L in it. this would also be fine. however when i went to got a fuel filter today for a 95 4.0 I was given a in line filter. This is where it started . there is no filter in the line (I traced every inch of the fuel line from the tank to the fuel rail & nothing)
so the reserch begins . This ZJ was a rebuild .
Now for the quistion.
How can I tell what the actual fuel system is ?
pump pressures
95-96 37 to 41 psi
97- later44.2 to 54.2 psi
or if i get a 97 up pump assambly will it harm the injecters or presure regulator?
the jeep tends to die at low rpm when in gear (automatic)
Any help is greatly appreciated !

Default getting scaned

O.K I spoke to the fella who I got the zj from and I dont think he can change a tire with out help. He said that the chech engine light has been on for about 3 YEARS !! said that its his wife drove it and it runs he would just dump octain booster in it every other tank so it wouldn't die as much.(IDOIT)
I'll post the results later but if its been that long I'll probly clear it after the 1st scan and rescan after the light comes on each time. (if there is very many trouble codes.
The game hes began.

Default results are in

well it wasn't as bad as I thought.
po122 & po123 tps is bad on both ends
po132 upper o2 sensor is gone
po121 map is not compatible
tomarrow I'll get a tps and a o2 sensor replace them and see if the map is OK
I was told that the tps will mess with the map sensor if it is out on both ends.
We will see .
still cant get the dome lights off unless I pull the fuse .
could be the dimmer switch bad or a bad door set pin?
I read on another forum that this is a comon problem with zjs due to shorting in the doors wiring. Anyone here had this dome light problem?

I had a door pin that fell apart. Just take them out and check.

Maybe cleaning the TB may also help the idle issue. The bypass at the stepper motor can get clogged up pretty bad.

It seems someone once built an i6 in a V8 vehicle?

I think your fuelfilter is in the tank. It may even be a part of the fuelpump. Not sure.

Default thanks nix

I cleaned the tb and got a new tps that was for a 97 to match the replaced part the one for 95-96 has a diffrent plug and wiped the codes.
MAN OH MAN what a diffrence , I can manage to break the tires loose with a little effort (rocking the wheel while under hard throtteling.
when before would barly brake loose in sand.
The onll code that came back was upper 0-2 sensor $65 more it will have to wait till I get another payday. Untill then it will run a little rich.
Ill work on checking on the dome lights sunday.
It is a great relife to know the ZJ isn't a butcher job . I'm realy impresed with the diffrence the few parts made.

Lightbulb cabin light issue

Ive read lots about people pulling the fuse because the dome light wont go out. After a cuple of hours lookin for the problem i figured out an alternive. the clicking in the dash turned out to be the relay. I pulled the relay and now the dome lights work manualy. (but still dont work with the doors or dimmer switch)
I.E. fuse in & relay out
the rear light at the hatch does notwork on mine with the relay out but does when it is in.this leades me to believe my problem is in the rear.

The switch in the rear is in the lock itself. Take it out and see if there's a short in there.
