I Would think yes. And it will run. But as far as emissions are concerned, the cam is slightly different. The HO cams have little more overlap than the lowport cams to reduce NOx. No idea what this does in combination with the EGR system. I would say it probably doesn't hurt too much. But if you fail inspection because of this setup, I would be very sorry. No Idea if a lowport cam fits the HO block. It would surprise me if it wouldn't fit, but I have never compared the 2.
