I'm slow... The first frame the xj is fine. Then I see it being winched down into the hole. Then it looks like it is being winched across the pond. Am I right? If that's the case, why?
I see the front bumper is detached. I've seen that happen to an XJ first hand with the same or similar setup. Beefy bumpers are nice but careful consideration needs to be given to the mounts. They tend to rip out of the sheet metal.

I keep tellin' folks if they want to go submarinin' then buy a submarine! Now they've got the stupid chit on TV trying to sell the new jeep. I wonder how many idiots will forget to read the disclaimer at the bottom before they just drive their new vehicle into the ocean.

Here's the translation:

1.On a beautiful day you go for a little ride with your 4x4.
2.Unfortunately, you get stuck on a very smal edge.
3.No worries, using a winch will help you rapidly downstairs.
4.Unless you steer the wrong way and get stuck for the second time, but now transverse on the edge.
5.Yes, also the other side is quite steep.
6.Let's try if the ice is strong enough to drive across.
7.Guess not.
8.Even three winches can't get it out backwards .
9.Let's try a little winch uo front and start pulling.
10.This can't be good for the wipers.
11.Look at that, the monster of Loch Ness.
12.Because of the slow progress, work lasts till the late hours.
13.And then the bullbar is ripped off, five meters before the side is reached. Done with the winching.
14.At dawn it appears that it has considerably frozen.
15.Also close it doesn't look good.
16.There's our saviour.
17.Once on the dry land damage can be inspected.
18.The interieur in cold ice tints.
19.Pay attention especially to the enormous quantity of lugage space.
20.Only a couple of dents on this side.
21.And from this side it looks exactly like it comes right out of the showroom.
22.Too bad for the paintdamage at the front.

Notice that most of the hardware appears to be BOB....(Bolt On Bling)....
And I promised myself I would be politically correct and not make any reference to the fact that the drivers apear to be Asian....(might explain the wrong turn)
