Default Looking to buy a Grand. Need Advice

I'm looking at the following ZJ. Y'all give me advice. I don't spend alot of time looking at ZJ's so I don't know if this is a good deal or not. They are asking $6400 for the below ZJ.

95 ZJ Orvis edition, 5.2l V8 84k miles, Perfect interior except for noise fan on A/C / Vent motor.(sounds like the fan blades are rubbing something) Exterior has a aftermarket brush guard, Nerf bars, skid plates, Pro Comp LCA's with what I think is a 3" lift settled to about 1.5-2" 31x10.5 R15 BFG AT/ko's 2 on front look new but two on back have about 25% tread left. Full size stock spare goodyear mounted inside. ZJ has no scratches on the bottom at all. Looks like it's never been wheeled. (Poor ZJ) K&N FIPK filter system, Stock radio. Everything works like it was taken care of by the dealer. It's forest green with tan leather interior with the green and red leather trim on the seats.

We are looking for a ZJ to wheel, tow with and be a daily driver for my wife. She drives 30 miles round trip to and from work every day. My XJ is our primary wheeler but hers would be for trails and mild muddin'.
Chime in. Let me know what ya'll think.

Buy it now :-) I would ;-) Then I am a new convert to the ZJ crowd. I have many $$$ saving tips... I have lost plenty, learned much, and am almost happy with my build. The orvis was a sweet model, '95 is safe as far as the 249 t-case goes, I think. Could be wrong here. The early models '93-'9x < '98 had a non-locking t-case in 4-low. Somehwere around 80,000 most viscus's go bad in the 249. When they go bad, it put's stress on the cv's. That would not scare me at this point. Drop in YJ shafts in the front, and swap in a 242 of the same era as your '95 and minimize the changes. The 242 was a option in the zj's. In 6-8 weeks I'm going to post my saga. 6ish for a orvis with 80igh is a steal, go for it.....
