SYE on a 242 J TC ? which kit for a 00 Cherokee?

I am confused as to which kit fits the 2000 Cherokee...
I have the 242 J Transfer Case with Part Time and Full Time 4 WD.

One Kit supplies you with the "Housing and Replacement Shaft. It also uses a Yoke with a Flange Nut to secure it.
You disassemble the TC for insatllation.

The other kit uses the existing shaft. You cut the end of the shaft off. Drill & Tap it for a Retainer Bolt. This kit uses a Flange and the described bolt as a retainer.
No disassembly of the TC is required.

I cannot find anywhere that mentions the 242 J Transfer Case.

Does anybody know of this case setup??

I've got a 95 counry with a 242 t-case, and I ended up buying the SYE and CV d-shaft from Tom Woods. Great setup, and I've had no problems what so ever!
