If I were spending that much money, I'd be looking at the RE or Rusty's kits. Some on the board don't care for Rusty's, but I haven't had any issues and two other guys I wheel with are happy with their kits. I see two things in your lift selection that don't seem to get good backing from board members. The first being blocks in the rear and the second being tracbar relocation bracket instead of a complete new adjustable one. Take a look at this page for options in that 3.5" lift height:

or this one:

If the links don't work, just copy and paste the address. Keep in mind though you would still need shocks with the RE kit.

Actually relocating the axle end of the trac bar I don't have a problem with, using an extended frame side mount I feel is a major no-no, but yes I agree an adjustable trac bar is the best way to go. You just gotta be sure of the max lift your gonna wanna go or you'll be buying a different one later if you wanna go over 3".

the thing that sucks here is Massachusetts is legaly i can only alter my ride height by 2 inches... which realy sucks.. so im afraid that if i go with a 4.5 inch lift that i wont be able to get a sticker...

also while looking through the Rubicon Express lift kits i found this one RE6030 3.5" XJ Super-Flex Kit its on the bottom of the page.. does this kit have everything that i need to lift my jeep? or do i need to buy aditional parts?

ok, the real difference between the kits is the quality. certain kits sag over time worse than others, RE has the best for the buck kit out their. the difference between the ride and flex kits is the controls arm ends, the ride has a rubber bushing for a really nice ride the flex has a joint for really good flex. my ride arms had more than adequate flex and I saw no reason for the flex price. shocks are the only thing the RE kit will not come with. also the trac bar is not complicated or costly all you have to do with a 3.5" lift is unconnect rock the jeep till its centered on the springs, then redrill the stock bracket to mount the stock trac bar, I had to remount mine about 1/16th. cost of moving trac bar nothing. a better opton is to check jeepsunlimited and buy a used RE 3.5" kit off someone moving up in hieght, or if 2" is all you can do used a budget boost and run 30-31's. wonder if you could run 4 spare savers at inspection to reduce your hieght.

A 2000 might suffer som driveline vibrations at 3.5 lift. Maybe a TC drop and some axle shims will cure that, otherwise an SYE is nessecary.

Vibrations are caused because of the sharp angles due to the lift. They can be cure by making them less sharp or by replacing the driveline with parts that tolerate sharp angles. An SYE (Slip Yoke Eliminator at the TC) requires a new DS (drive shaft) with slip yoke in the shaft and a double joint at one end. You also need to make your pinion point up, 1 degree less than the DS. It can be doen with shims or rewelding the spring perches.

Here's some info . SYE . Vibrations . More driveline info . More links .
