Default Wanted... Pics of recovery gone bad.

I went wheeling for the first time in a long time over the weekend. There were some newbies there and as I came up on them they were yanking on a light wieght strap with metal hooks.

I gave them my 40k strap and the hardware to work with but none of them knew the dangers of recovery gone bad. It was their first time out.

At that time I wished that I had a few printed pictures to show them just how dangerous metal hooks can be.

If you have some pictures of damage caused by broken cables, chians, hooks, straps, ect.. Please post them up.

Thanks

Jeff

Jeff i understand, some folks just dont understand the dangers of recovery it is very important to have good sense and good equipment I have a hook that i trust so much that i think the only thing that would break during recovery would be the dam hitch off the truck but if that happens it's not the hooks fault. I purchased mine on a website called West Coast Designz they can have any color made for a extra fee but i just buaght the standard chrome hook. I'm hooked!!!
