I have a transmission that has T98-IZ on it. Does anyone knowwhat the IZ stands for/ Also what motors would it be directly compatable with?

The T-98 was used in Jeeps, Fords, and Internationals. Shaft lengths vary but most of them are the same length as many CJ transmissions. This is the predecessor to the T18. I donít know what the initials stand for.
