altitude carburation
I have a 1978 cherokee with a 401 and a new Holley 650 carb. I am going to be goining on a run that will take me from my normal elevation of 900-1000 feet above sea level to between 6000 and 8000 feet. I did this before and had a pretty noticable loss in power. I am wondering what adjustments can be made to compensate for this? If anyone has any ideas please be very specific because I don't have alot af carb know-how.
Thanks,
Chris
If it can't be done from the seat of a Jeep, it don't need to get done!
