Default NP229 mode/ range lever questions....
I'm new to the 229- and have a few questions. The Xfer case is not in the truck so I can't test it on the road. I'm trying to figure which direction the vaccuum motor needs to move the mode shaft to be in 2wd mode. Forwards or to the rear? Also which position is Low range- forwards or to the rear?

Seems that questions here are out of order. This is a mercenary forum, not inclined to render...or just don't know anyhow! Purely an observation!
