Knock sensor for my CJ7

Two questions,
1. I'm having a hard time finding a knock sensor for my 85 CJ7. Any ideas??

2. I have rebuilt my 4.2L engine and plan on starting it this weekend and suggestions on what type of oil I should use for the initial start and break in?
