77 Cherokee - Should I Buy It?

Hi guys....
It looks like I have a chance to buy a 77 Wagoneer/Cheokee 2dr....for $200

I'm a CJ and Cherokee guy...but since we just had another kid...I now need a 3rd jeep for the little one.....

I did the search....found the ifsja.prg site...a lot of good info...and from that and the vin this is what it has....

401 engine
TH400 tranny (one of the best the GM made)
D44 axles front and rear (so tempting to put those on my CJ)
BW1339 xfer case - I have never heard of this one....

Now the hard part.......do I rebuild or uee it for parts....those D44's on my CJ sure shounds good............

The body is pretty straigt...a little bit of cancer around the fender flares
Seats are worn out...a lot of the interier is stripped out...it has been sitting for at least 2 years.
Don't know about the engine....39K on the odometer...(most likely rolled over at least once)
TH400 is a good tranny and I assume will bolt up to newer GM small blocks...
I'm not a fan of carborators....I just finished a SBC swap on my CJ...installed a 5.7L TBI....no doubt there are some popular swaps on the wagoneer as well?

Any gotcha's? Are they solid vehicles? Pros? Cons?

Or should I just walk away from this one?
