turn signal goes out on my rig, no big thang right? cop pulls me over tellen me ive got no brake lights and let me go with warning,ok still doin allright. got the part,and went back and got the right tools. put it in and put the truck back together. next day it rains and the wipers don't work, only I find this out as a simi splashes a big puddle. some one just shoot me!so now I've got to tear it all apart again

The electrical went wacky on our Tahoe several years ago. Most annoying is that the windshield wipers often work when it is not raining - come on on their own, in fact... and they almost never work when it's pouring hard. Awesome.

never had this much trouble out of any vehicle, than i've never played as hard with any truck as hard as i have with this one

I hear you. These old electric systems can be frustrating. I spent about 3 hours trying to figure out why my turn signal wouldn't work only to find that it had come partially unplugged. To make matters worse it was on the next to last day of the month and my safety inspection was about to expire.
