Default Electrical issue

So I'm driving along in the Burb, then the seatbelt light comes on. After that the gauges all drop to zero and the engine cuts out. Then all the sudden everything goes back to normal. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet, but I'm thinking it is a loose/faulty ground somewhere. What do you all think?
