Default Internal Slave cylinder on a SM465

Anyone ever put a internal slave cylinder on a SM465? I have a 4.3 that originally had a auto and the exhaust exits back right in front of the arm that actuates the throw out bearing. I was using a pull-type slave cylinder but I raised my drivetrain and now it hits the body and won't work (push type wont work as the exhaust is in the way). If anyone has ever done this and can point me in the direction of what parts I need I would greatly appreciate it.

Default 4.3 SM 465 internal slave cylinder

Did you ever get the internal slave cylinder figured out? I put it in my jeep but it doesn't let the pressure plate release all the way. Please help!!
