Default Very annoying brake issue

I have a 99 Yukon, just replaced front rotors. It had a very bad pulsation before I replaced the rotors, now it's ok until I drive for a while (once brakes warm up) then I get a pulsation again unless I put the pedal more than half way down. It seems to be coming from the driver's side, I had somebody else drive the truck with me in the passenger seat and it wasn't as bad on the passenger side at all. Any ideas? Could I have gotten a bad rotor?

What do you mean by pulsating? are you talking about the brakes stutter when you put your foot down?

By pulsating I mean the way warped rotors feel, the steering wheel shakes, actually the whole truck does until I step on the pedal more than half way. Seems to be worse on drivers side. Bad rotor maybe? I just did rotors and not pads could the pads be an issue? I just want the annoying warped rotor feeling to go away!!!!

hmmm...yeah I asked because like a month ago something was making a god-awful noise outta my passenger side, took a look inside the thing and found the back pad was wore down to nothing , and a very very nice groove in the rotors, and only after driving for about 15 minutes the rotors were glowing. So bought new pads and a rotor and installed them, but realizing that there's no way my pads coulda worn down that fast and made a groove like that, I found the real culprit... My wheel bearings were busted like no other, while my truck was jacked I could literally hold the treads with my hand and wobble it about an inch or more side to side, which caused the rotor to hit all sorts of things after about 27 MPH. All it needed was a new hub assembly ($159.99+tax) and everything was back to normal.

...Don't know if that helps any. Best bet is to just jack the thing up, remove everything and inspect.
