Default started a bumper today

not even close to finished with this jeep. ounce i finish the bumper im getn rid of the body lift then doing 2-3" lift swing out tire carrier is going to take me some time, still need to 45 the bumper ends.
this bumper also gets 2" reciver hitch.
main bumper tube is 2"x4" 1.4" wall. pipe is 1.5". thats tractor link as the sing out pivot point.

see the leaning body mount. thats good reason to not do a body lift.
ill be workin on this for about a week then it goes back to owner

Evan

Going to stay here for a while as I can see. No plans to go back to CC, nothing for us there. Even my folks have talked about moving north a bit. I've got my leather business here and Tim's got his job so it's good.

Monica

that sounds pretty cool.

the jeep is headed to gorgia wedsday, yes another of our military friends are leaving.

heres my progress and maddash deadline to wedsday.

i decided a beefy bumper with tire carrier was pretty plain and this 4" drop 2" reciever hitch on this jeep will stand out. looks more like something found on superduty then a jeep. plus it protects the fuel tank.

more progress later.

ohhhhhhhh i tried i wanted tahoe but the wife fell in love with this green exspedition.

all finished
