Default old chevy heads

i gust got a 69 gmc truck and it still has the stock motor a 307 i run the numbers on the heads and thay are 186 heads but with no camle hump and thay are stamped made in canada. are these old ihpo heads what is the diff between the us heads and thre cananda heads

The difference would be the Canada head would cost about 1/2 again more [img]/wwwthreads_images/icons/wink.gif[/img].

3927186 heads 1968-72 2.02 1.60 hp they came on 302,327,350

the block number doesnt show up in my chevy small block interchange manual.

Maybe someone can help id the block numbers

the " cammel hump" heads are the early fuely heads.. ie: casting #s 461, 461x
they are ok heads , but unless they are perfect i wouldnt wast my money on them.. for less than the cost of rebuilding them, and having hardened seets put in you can get a set of aftermarket heads that out flow them by a huge amount!
my advice.. sell the heads at the swap meet to some young kid and use the money for a good set.

The info I have is from http://www.mortec.com. The heads 3927186 are 1969-70 302/350 camel hump, 64cc chamber, accesory holes. The block 3956632 307, 1969, 2 bolt.
