Here it is if it will let me post it, This thing has 8 shocks on the rear axle alone! It had the Ford radius arms too, dropped down about 12"! It had weird slapper type traction bars(adjustable) and M/T forged wheels. I talked to a guy who test drove it and he said it was waay underpowered(not surprising). It even had the stock exh manifolds. The boggers looked like they had seen a lot of street use. The color was brown metallic(UGLY). It was definietly a show truck, never seen mud or dirt even! What a waste. I don't know how they got 15" of lift, it had a 3" body, and maybe 9" of sus. I wouldn't give $15,000 for it. A.S. |

I am new user at this so I hope I do this right. That picture is a poor GM product and I have to wash my eyes after seeing it. Now for my question my wife has a 2000 Jimmy and myself a 2000 Sonoma ext cab and I noticed That my truck SMOKES my wifes Jimmy, Her truck drags coming out of the hole is this normal? her truck also has a tow button next to the shifter would this affect performance? also my stereo system only has the two speakers in the dash and two in the door, is there any way to add speakers in the back, without losing space and harming my warranty on the lease? because the sound is poor. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Hey, just remember Ford SUCKS. |

The difference in your truck, JPH, could either be engine size (but assuming you have the same engine) it'll likely be the differential gear ratio. Another thing is if one of the trucks has bigger tires and/or a higher (lower numerically) gear ratio, it will accelerate slower but have a greater top speed since the tire has more circumference so it goes farther per revolution. Determine what the gear ratios and tire and engine sizes are and let us know. The tow button probably just keeps it from going into overdrive, so the tranny won't burn out. Shouldn't help anything in the way of acceleration, if I'm thinking correctly. Check the owner's manual to see what it says about the tow button... Sorry can't help with the radio question... Yep, it was still there today, but I'm sure some schmooze will come up with $15000 for it! I'd like to see them try to take it off-road and watch the parts fly, first the driveshafts, then the engine will blow cause the'll think their actually turning the 44s(No its a chevy so it will only overheat!)If the shafts hold, then the axles will go! If they try to show it like its a show vehicle, they'll be laughed right out of the place! What a waste of 4 good 44" Boggers, and what could have been a nice truck if built right with a Dana 60 and a 14 bolt or a Dana60R, and an engine with some cojones! Trailer queen for sure! A.S. |
