What are my 700R4 transfer case options?

I am a Jeep guy, I admit it, so I don't know a lot about Chevy transmissions. However, I am using a 4WD 700R4 on my current trail rig project and need to know what GM transfer case options I have. The TC has the adapter still attached and it has a 5 bolt, non symetrical pattern. Can anyone tell me what TC chases will bolt to the adapter or what modifications need to be made to run other GM transfer cases? This will be mated to a built 4.3 V6 and Chevy Dana 44 axles with 4.88 gears and 35" tires.
