Question: How Big of a tire can I put on my Dodge?

How Big of a tire can I put on my Dodge?

I bought a 97 dodge ram 1500 4x4 with a 3" lift kit installed about 6 years ago and have had two sets of BF Goodrich all terrain T/A since then.

I purchased the tires on-line from the Tire Rack and have never been able to get any of their people to tell me how large a tire I can safely put on my truck.

I would like to put as big a tire as I can that will safely fit in the wheel well.

Any suggestions would be apprecaited.
