 wanting to start bogging
I am wanting to start taking part in my local mud bogs and need advice on what can give me the edge. My class rules are:
OEM Stock, No Mod or Swaps of any kind
· Must be street legal
· Headlights, Tail lights, etc
· Max tire size 33” DOT unaltered
· Lift kit may be added to accommodate tire size only. No blocks in front
· No open headers
As of now I have a 72 GMC k2500 with a 350 w headers, 350 TH tranny, quadrajet carb, 14 bolt rear and either a dana 44 or 60 front( Im new at this so identification tips would be great), 33 in Cooper STTs and 4 in lift. I would like to keep the truck street legal till I get something else and bump this one up a class or two down the road. There are no locker on here right now( what's the best choice at a good price?) All suggestions are welcome and I will take them greatfully. |
