Hey man go up to the top of your page and see main index . Got to Atv General and there will be so many oppinions there will probably be a argument in the meantime. Honda makes really reliable atv's But they are not on top for power the prarie is up there!

i have heard that the polaris 700 is not designed to good. you have to rev the motor pretty hign to get it going.. which isnt good. and the transmission needs some work to. but if you wanbt a polaris get a sportsman 500 HO. there tough as a brick

Re: What would be the best 4x4 Atv ?? for me

I'll definitely agree with Honda's reliability. My uncle is still riding around in the deer woods on his 83 model Honda 3-wheeler.. yes i said 3 wheeler! it's pretty beat up but the sucker can still carry 2 people out to the stand and back through east-Arkansas mud (read SWAMP) after 20 years of abuse. very impressive. I know a couple people with Suzuki King Quads from the early 90's and they are still going strong. I'd avoid these newfangled automatic transmissions, i hear they dont like water and honestly i dont know what was wrong with the manual shift with autoclutch, it works fine and lasts forever if you dont race it. i guess ATVs are just like cars, they need new crappy "features" to jack up the prices... and damn they've gotten expensive!
Considering how many hours the average ATV is actually in use, I would say that if you take care of them and do routine maintenance, any of the ATVs on the market should last you 10 years without major problems. On the other hand, if you never change fluids or grease and beat the crap out of any of them, you could probably kill any of them in no time flat.

There is many ATVs available in market but some of them gives you more advantage and joy of riding. Honda, Suzuki, Polaris, Kawasaki are aggressive companies in ATV manufacturing but Kawasaki is the best choice for 4x4 atv riders. Because Kawasaki is one of the best manufacturer in Japan & they are always use fresh technology in production of vehicles.

Thanks
