Default 86 F150 electrical fan

Looking for some advice. I have an 1986 F150 4x4, 351W. I have 3" body lift and 6" suspension. With the body lift the radiator has been lifted and fan isn't in the shroud any more. So here is the point of the post, has anyone had experience putting an electric fan in their truck? Looks simple, but I figured I would ask to see if anyone had learned a life lesson putting one in. I am building it to mud and trail ride, so I was looking at a dual fan, puller position fan. Any opinions on brands? Tips? Installation info?

Thanks,
Michael

Use a Mark VIII fan and build your own control circuit using common relays & switches:
