engine swap

i have an 1982 ford f-150 step side truck it has a 1972 ford 302. i just bought a efi 302 motor out of an 1986 bronco. i was wondering how much of a headache this motor swap is going to be and if you guys have any trick i should know. i have had the current motor out of the truck and rebuilt it. oh and the new motor comes with a new tranny and transfer case and a full wiring harness. how hard is it going to be to run this new harness?
