 Backfire in a 67 352
Ive got an old 67 F100 with a 352ci motor, problem is it backfires HARD up through the carb. It doesnt always do this, some days it runs fine, others its terrible, Ive changed plug wires, new dist cap, using Petronix electronic ignition so no points or condenser, have checked but found no vacum leaks, next step is coil, and if that doesnt fix it then what? I'm stumped.
(note) I took the Petronix out and reinstalled points & condenser, same problem)
(note2) Carb was rebuilt last spring.
