98 dodge 2500 w/hydro-vac brakes. The pedal drops when stopped and I loose p/s assist.replaced the p/s pump with no change. The rear brakes seem to lock up prematurely on a slippery road but the abs is working. No lights on the dash.Anyone run into this problem?
