First time Build

Hi there,

After my GCSEs next year, my friend and I are going to build a dune buggy together. I have am able to weld to a basic level, however, I have a neighbour who is more than competent. Are main concern is budget and so we are not looking for anything too high performance, something that will be able to drag us around a farm at some speed. We are looking at building a sand rail and of my little research, I have found a cheap frame it is here: Warrior

Is this frame worth it or not? (I can't actually see suspension on it but that is probably me!!!) Also could someone please give me a list of low cost parts that I will need to buy. I am looking at a quadbike engine, but I don't know where from!!! Any help much appreciated!!!
