Default Need VW Bug transaxle info...
I am in the process of helping a friend identify a problem with his VW rail. Rail will not move in any gear. We pulled the engine to check the clutch plate and pressure plate to find no obvious problems at all. Where can I get info or an exploded view of a VW transaxle? Also, need info on determining year of transaxle and engine. [i]s therea website that deals with VW performance and repairs? Thanx for any help to this inquiry.
