Default '04 Dakota, front's dripping

I hate drips. Noticed that I have a drip that looks like it's coming from the passenger side of the front axle. The truck is an '04 Dakota quad Cab AWD.
Looks like a seal on the end there. How difficult of a job is this going to be? If I have to pay to get it done, any ideas on cost?
FYI, I have done a bit of my own mechanical work on my previous truck, '91 Toyota. Replaced front and rear diff's as well as axle seals and did body and suspension lifts... I just do not have access to a lift nor do I have and specialty tools...
