hey i was just wondring if anyone had any suggestions on some minor mods i could do to my truck to give it a little more power.
Right now i have a high flow duel exhaust, k&n intake...

I was thinking like mabye a cam, throttle body spacer, and a computer programmer, and mabye some heads froma 5.9?
