Default 79 Ramcharger Flex Plate Shot

Well found out today that the flex plate in my Ramchager is in two pieces. It's my plow vehicle and I'll need to fix it before winter. Wish there was some way to get it out and a new one in with out dropping the transfer case and tranny (automatic). The flex plate tore in half at all four legs.

I WOULD UNBOLT THE MOTOR MOUNTS AND LIFT THE ENGINE FORWORD ENOUGH TO GET THE OLD ONE OUT AND THE NEW ONE IN.
I THINK THAT WOULD BE EASIER THAN TRANS AND TRANSFER CASE.
I HAD TO REPLACE AN ADAPTER THAT GOES BETWEEN MY TRANSMISION AND ENGINE ON MY JEEP(THIS IS A STOCK ADAPTER) SO I JUST PULLED THE ENGINE IT'S EASIER.
HOPE THIS HELPS MIKE H.
