VW Motorsports Invades Baja 500 in Touareg 2 rally-car

We had the opportunity to go out and check out the VW Touareg 2 first hand. We even got to jump in the co-driver seat with Baja 500 winner Mark Miller.

VW Touareg 2 had a great first run at the SCORE Baja 500


#83i VW Touareg 2 driven by Mark Miller and co-driver Ralph Pitchford crossed the FINISH line around 8PM. The TDI diesel powered rally car was able to endure the harsh terrain of the Baja 500. Miller and Pitchford were able to keep their pace in front of the Class 1 cars, and successfully finished in front of several Trophy Trucks.

The #83i VW Red Bull Touareg 2 had an elapsed time of 10:00:34 with an average speed of 42.380 MPH.
