Default Need help logging in

Ever since the forums changed over, I have been unable to log into my original user name - TexasA&MOffRoad. I tried resetting my password (twice), and it still won't let me log in. I cut and paste my username from the members list (in case the format mattered), and cut and paste my new password (tried typing it out as well), and it still doesn't let me in.

I wasn't able to find a help line or anything, so I had to re-register to get in so that I could ask some questions.

How can I access my old account?

Thanks Dean, but no luck. Same problem as before. I cut and paste my username and the password (as well as typing them both out), but it won't let me log in.
