Re: System Upgrade - Post All Bugs Here!

Okay, the system load is still too high when we turn on the "unread message" counter on the main foum menu. I have disabled that and left this feature on to show activity on threads.

Hmmm.. Good point. I will look for that feature button.

In the man time, you can use the Image tag below to call it from another website.

What happened to the favorite forums on "MY HOME PAGE". You can set favorte forums on the main index, but if you do that, then you cant go to other boards from there, you have to click on the show all forums to get to other forums. Then it stays that way and you have to click on favorites again, to only show what you/I visit oftern.

Do we have a fix for this yet? Other than that, I think it is a good move!

Yes, this should be working. Others have reported so. I will try and configure my favorites today.

Re: System Upgrade - Post All Bugs Here!

<font face="Comic Sans MS">I'm the GM section moderator but for some reason I can't seem to figure out how I get to the tools section like I used to be able to, I've tried killing my cookies and logging out/in again, but I still don't seem to be able to do anything of any value. Can y'all look into this or hook me up with an instruction manual please? Thanks...

Edited: Ok, I checked into this some more, and it appears that I can edit posts on my boards, but I am unable to do anything with the profiles, etc. Is this how it's intended, or can we go back to how it used to be with the ability to ban, and ability to help people with their passwords and all that other stuff a moderator used to be able to take care of?

I keep getting this message coming up....

" A script on the page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive.

Do you want to abort the script? "

Then I have to choose yes before i can continue.....It happens everytime on the main page but on some others too.

[/ QUOTE ]

Me too! except mine comes up every time I toggle between pages.
Also, even though I have my defaults set for "collapsed topics" I have to first go to the main index, then return to the forum I want in order to get them collapsed.
