Southern Monster Truck Showdown will be hosting open-registration ATV flat-track racing during its monster truck show in Gainesville, GA on October 24, 25 & 26. Held at the Chicopee Woods Agricultural Center on Calvary Church Road, this will be the first time SMTS has offered open registration at this venue.
There will be 2 classes, "Youth" for ages 12-17 and "Adult" for those 18+, obviously.
Entry fee will be $20 per racer, per date. All entry fees will go into the purse, along with $250 added, per class, per date, by the promoter.
Appropriate racing attire and gear are required, no one will be allowed to race in jeans/tshirts/sneakers/etc. Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
As we can only accept 20 racers per class, per date, please pre-register by sending an email to
smts4info@yahoo.com with your name, hometown, date of birth, phone number and the date(s) you would like to race. Entry fees and paperwork will be handled day of show.
Mandatory driver's meetings are at 7 pm for Friday and Saturday night shows and at 1 pm for the Sunday afternoon show, so please arrive in sufficient time to attend the driver's meetings and get your paperwork completed. (1 hour prior to driver's meeting should be sufficient)
