March 30, 2008 is opening day for the Flat Track Motorcycle and Quad ATV racing at Thunder Bowl Speedway - it will be an all day practice session.
Gates will open first thing Sunday morning if you want to set up early but practice will not start until 10am.
The price is $10 for everyone coming in the gate so we don't have to hassle over who's a rider and who's not so anyone with a wristband can ride the track or not as they please.
We'll go down the following lineup 10 riders at a time and repeat as needed until 3pm. The layout will be the regular TT course. Water will probably be run about every hour or so as the dirt holds up. We always run big quads first when going from one track to another so they can push the water/mud in so it's safer for the bikes to run.
A riders meeting will be held during the lunchtime intermission/watering to go over the plan for the upcoming season, answer questions, organize volunteers, sign-up sponsors and take preregistrations for series' entries.
